A. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE.

The present Legal notice and Regulations govern the Forum service which is provided by Laboratorios Sanor (henceforth "Service") and the use of the service by the person or persons ("Users').

The use of the Service implies the condition of Service User and implies acceptance of the Acceptable Use Policies in the version published by Laboratorios Sanor at the moment when the User accesses the Service. Users should therefore read carefully the Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Service. Laboratorios Sanor reserves the right to change by itself, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the Service, as well as the conditions required for use thereof.

B.CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY.

Laboratorios Sanor is not responsible for the information, data, texts, computer programmes, applications, messages, communications, advice, opinions, points of view, photographs, graphics, audio, audiovisual materials, animation, videos and other materials (henceforth referred to jointly as  "Content(s)") distributed or disseminated by the person or persons who distribute or disseminate the Content through the Service.

Laboratorios Sanor does not control nor give its approval to any Content, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, quality, integrity or reliability of any Content. As a User you agree that any statements or declarations made through this Service merely reflect the opinions of their authors.

You agree that by using this Service, you may be exposed to offensive, indecent or objectionable content. You accept that under no circumstances shall Laboratorios Sanor be liable, in any way, for the Content, with no restriction whatsoever, nor error or omission, loss or damage of any kind which you may incur as a result of being exposed thereto and making use thereof. Nor is Laboratorios Sanor in any way responsible for the reliability of the Content.

Laboratorios Sanor prohibits the use of its forums to anybody under the age of sixteen (16).

C.CONDITIONS OF ACCESS.

You hereby agree not to use the Service for:

(1) Promoting or requesting involvement in illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, racist, obscene, insulting, indecent, or pornographic acts, or any action which may cause damage or harm in any way;

(2) Fraudulently personifying or representing your affiliation with any person or entity, including, without any restriction whatsoever, Laboratorios Sanor, and/or their employees or affiliated companies;

(3) Disseminating private or confidential material belonging to other persons, or materials which you do not have the right to disseminate by law or by virtue of a contractual agreement as a trustee thereof, or without the authorisation of the author or copyright owner thereof;

(4) Violating or inciting others to violate copyright, trademark rights or any intellectual property right owned by another person;

(5) Committing or inciting others to commit acts aimed at disrupting or destroying the running of this Service, or to distribute harmful computer programmes, viruses, codes, files or other programmes;

(6) Violating or inciting others to violate any law, regulations, or agreement of a local, state, federal or international nature;

(7) Requesting personal or improper information concerning minors. Personal information is any  information through which a person may be identified such as name, address, telephone number, email address, information concerning credit cards, date of birth, sex, profession, personal interests, etc.;

(8) Gathering or distributing personal or confidential information concerning other Users;

(9) Offering or advertising services, jobs, football pools, lottery and/or competitions or prize draws or games of chance;

(10) Requesting money or loans;

D. Refusal of the right to use the service, amendments and discontinuance.

At its own discretion, Laboratorios Sanor, reserves the right, among other things, to:

(1) Block and/or cancel access to Users of the Service at any moment and for any reason including, with no restriction whatsoever, violation or suspicion of violation of the above-mentioned regulations;

(2) Remove the Content of the Service at any moment and for any reason including, with no restriction whatsoever, violation or suspicion of violation of the above-mentioned regulations;
 
(3) Accept or refuse the "nick" or name Users employ to register;

(4) Block the "nick" or "IP address" of Users in a forum, a group of forums or all the forums;

(5) Block, change or remove certain instructions (Tags) which may affect the technical system of the forums;

(6) Block, change or delete words which Laboratorios Sanor consider inappropriate or vulgar;

(7) Close down either formally, partially or totally any forum;

(8) Cancel access to any User who, in the view of Laboratorios Sanor has attempted to sabotage the forums;

(9) Restrict the number of messages any one User may write in a forum;

(10) Block image domains;

(11) Withdraw user messages subsequent to their access having been restricted or cancelled;

(11) Offer or withdraw privileges or incentives;

You understand and agree that Laboratorios Sanor may, with no prior warning, take immediate action regarding the above-mentioned.

You understand and agree that Laboratorios Sanor may retain and /or disclose the Content should it be so required by law or should it prove necessary to: (a) comply with legal proceedings, (b) comply with the above-mentioned regulations and/or Policy of Use employed by susaron.es, (c) respond to claims concerning any Content which may violate the rights of third parties, or (d) protect the rights and/or property of Laboratorios Sanor, its Users and the general public.

You understand and agree that should you decide to publish personal information in the forums, such as your personal address or email address, personal details, telephone number, etc., you are thereby relieving Laboratorios Sanor of all responsibility for any act or consequence which may arise from the publication of such information.

You understand and agree that the information on the forums is merely intended to offer specialised information concerning the areas published in the forums. Do not either take or fail to take action based on the content found in the forums. Should you have any doubts or queries regarding what you may read in the forums, you are advised to seek advice from an expert on the matter. At its own discretion, Laboratorios Sanor reserves the right to update or review the Rules applicable to the Forums and General Declarations. Please check these Rules regularly. Continued use of the Service subsequent to the publication of amendments to any of the Rules will imply your acceptance thereof.

Should you publish, submit or provide any material to the Laboratorios Sanor Internet site, you are thereby authorising Laboratorios Sanor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, sister companies and licensed companies to copy, reproduce, display, adapt, alter, distribute and promote said material worldwide, by any means or in any form and for any purpose.

E. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY.

Laboratorios Sanor does not guarantee the availability and continuity of its Service. Whenever reasonably possible, Laboratorios Sanor will issue prior notice of any interruptions to the Service. Nor does Laboratorios Sanor guarantee the use of the Service for any particular activity, nor its infallibility and, in particular, although not exclusively, does not guarantee that Users may in fact be able to access the various webpages that make up the Service nor that through the Service may data, contents or access to information, be disseminated or made available to third parties nor that data, contents or access to information made available or disseminated by third parties may be accessed.

Laboratorios Sanor denies responsibility for damage of any nature which may occur due to the non-availability or non-continuity of the Service, or any fraudulent use which users may attribute to the service or to faults in the service and in particular, although not exclusively, to any faulty access to the various webpages offered by the service, as well as errors in the dissemination, availability or access to information, data or contents.
