STRAWBERRY JELLY WITH A DASH OF MINT PDF Print E-mail
  1. Boil a quarter of a litre of water with a bag of Pennyroyal. When it boils, take out the bag and add a sachet of strawberry jelly.

  2. Stir until it dissolves and add another quarter of a litre of cold water. Stir again. Pour into the moulds and keep refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
     
  3. Read carefully the instructions on the label of the kind of jelly you are using. The important thing is to put the bag of Pennyroyal in the water at the beginning…

 

 
CHOCOLATE À LA HOT MINT PDF Print E-mail
  1. Pour 150 ml of milk into a cup. Add two bags of Pennyroyal and heat in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes.
     
  2. When removing the bags, squeeze them with a spoon against the cup to get the maximum mint taste and add 3 or more heaped teaspoons of drinking chocolate.
     
  3. Stir until it has completely dissolved. If you wish to thicken the chocolate, add another spoonful and stir.

Remember to check the instructions for making the drinking chocolate you are using as they may vary from one brand to another. Check the label to see how many spoonfuls of cocoa they recommend.




 

 
REFRESHING CHAMOMILE DRINK WITH A DASH OF MINT PDF Print E-mail
  1. From a 1 litre bottle of lemonade, pour out 1 glass and put in 2 bags of Chamomile. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Do the same with 1 bag of Pennyroyal.
     
  2. Add the resulting infusions to the original bottle. Shake carefully to make sure everything mixes well and put in the fridge. Let it settle before opening.
     
  3. You can do the same with small bottles of lemonade and experiment with 1 or 2 bags and see which you prefer.

  1. From a 1 litre bottle of lemonade, pour out 1 glass and put in 2 bags of Black Tea. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
     
  2. Add the resulting infusions to the original bottle. Shake carefully to make sure everything mixes well and put in the fridge.
     
  3. Let it settle before opening. Lemon juice or peach juice can be added.
     
  4. You can do the same with small bottles of lemonade if 1 litre is too much and experiment with 1 or 2 bags and see which you prefer.

You can do the same with Red Tea or Green Tea!!
